If any of the three console devs said they would be launching a next gen console in two years time they would instantly tank console sales as people decided to instead wait for this next gen. It would also impact on peripherally and hardware sales as they will have a shortened life span. Chances are they one of the dev will announce there next console sometime in late spring 2011/2012 for a November Christmas release the same year.
Content per doller your paying $60 for new set of maps, alteration to kill streaks perks, different 6 hr singleplayer and zombies/spec ops each year, hardly fantastic value.
The USA is one of very few ex British colonies which isn't even in the Commonwealth, and one of the first colonies to be lost, there's no movement for getting India or South Africa back and we controlled those far more recently.
