They are not being sued by the customer. Read the post more clearly they are being fined by the government for not providing good enough security on there site. How anyone can argue against online protection and repercussions if a company fails to supply them is madness to me.

How does a Bank let someone down if they are Robbed? They are not taking the money directly from your account.

However Stealing my personal Electronic information due to poor security from an Online service is letting me and others down.

I'm from the UK and let me say that the web based version is 1000 times better than the PS3 one. From buying stuff to entering promo codes everything is better.

But people do talk about broken control systems
