@rhollingsworth NORMALLY, i'd agree. But blizzard DID have some sort of massive email list leak. Thousands of people started getting FLOODED with those spam gold/phishing emails at the same time, for no apparent reason. Blizz F'd up, and this was a long time ago. I STILL get those emails constantly, and on a much higher scale then I did before that day.

use the phone verification. You put in your cell number on your account, if it detects a strange IP (foreign I suppose, maybe even just out of state), it will call your cell and you have to verify with a pin.

EvilShabazz. Hope you read this. Did you try another character? I have the same problem (created character made it through the movies, then loading screen never moved. (Had to close it). When I relaunched, every time JUST on that one character, it crashes when I try to go in. It also says unknown location (like "pf 4010" or something along those lines).

Try making a new char. I also bug reported it.

I had to use the torrent download, because their servers are missing packets and not replacing them (for the direct download link). So myself, and many others are getting corrupt file errors on install. Anyways, after multiple redownloads, the torrent link worked.
