GTA3 was revolutionary for many reasons, the fact it was the first system seller for casuals/hardcore and the fact that it created it's own genre are reasons enough for it to be considered among the greatest game of all time, never mind all the other reasons. While i think SA went a bit too far in the wrong direction (ie rpg elements). GTA4 will in no doubt change what we percieve as next gen gaming this time around.

to be honest you've kinda missed the boat on the wow factor of playing it. When it first came out it was pretty groundbreaking but now parts of it's dna floating around in games so it might feel a bit,, um,, primative for lack of a better word. BTW The first rumble in a pad i felt was playing metal gear solid. Good times!

"According to Dean Takahashi's book, "Opening the Xbox", the Xbox was originally going to be called DirectX-box, to show the extensive use of directX within the console's technology. "Xbox" was the final name decided by marketing, but the console still retains some hints towards DirectX, most notably the "X"-shaped logo, which DirectX is famous for, along with the "X" shape on the top of the system." I remember going to a computer shop with my dad when i was younger and seeing 1 GB for sale for around £100 ($200). things sure have changed, but i think for the better. Its like Back the the future 2 when marty looks at the second hand shop with the computers in the window and they're all like, dirt cheap.

great game- i got to the final boss. didn't really get into the whole blitzball ting. As for 'no game will ever be better', im playing chrono trigger at the mo for the first time and it rules over anything i've played recently.

Yes i have. If its legal in your country go for the 20x extract or higher. Lower extracts are rubbish. The high will last for about 5 mins. Bong it if you can. In my own personal experience it was weird but good because i felt the space between my eyes and my brain (i that makes any sense!!)
