Lupe as a person, Kanye as an artist.

What I mean by that is nowadays we need to suffer not only the reasons why someone is a celebrity (the movies they make, the music they make, ect.), but also their personality and ideosyncracies as well. Half the time they are not doing what they should be: shutting up and creating something.

Kanye makes good music, but he is an annoying, loud moron. Whereas Lupe is a much better presence, but his music isn't as good.

I would like to offer a third contender: Kid Cudi.

Kid Cudi is a creative up and comer and has had some minor problems with his celebrity (attacking people in his audience, ect.), and makes good music (I'd rather listen to him over Lupe or Kanye). Whaddaya think?

You need to stand tall, grab that 10lb dumbell and ignore anthing but you jucing your pecs.

I used to think the same thing. Here are all these ripped dudes lifting big weights, and I'm this measly chubbers lifting 1/10th my body weight. One thing most don't take into account, is the respect factor that you have the huevos to show up and lift with the bigboys. Most of the time I've found dudes are pretty respectful in the weight room.

And if you never start, you'll never progress.

Moreover, it's just another nail in the coffin of every theory opposing evolution. This is just walking evidence that eventually change occurs in every living thing, good or ill. At one point WE were the apes beginning to walk upright.

Also we have no sovereignty over sentience. If nature dictates that humans coexist with another smart species in a million years or so, we should allow it.
