@Mogan: The Tomb Raider movies with Angelina Jolie and Resident Evil movies with Milla Jovovich...did not feel like feminist power fantasies. An awesome action movie called Doomsday, with Rhona Mitra...did not feel like a feminist power fantasy. Any action movies with female leads in the 90's, like The Long Kiss Goodnight...did not feel like feminist power fantasies. Probably because the female leads weren't shoehorned in, like here. Somehow, you can just feel how this isn't being made 100% through pure artistic choice.

Is it strange that the original cast was sexier? And they were all men!?

@arsy130: But will they ever take steps forward again? I see a lot of indies trying to do tactical shooters and now, even a AAA publisher delivering an underwhelming one kind of made me lose hope... And I agree, when tried it, I thought they're insane if they're going to ask $60 for it. Is it $60????? I haven't checked.

@prickpear: If you want longevity, look at the R6Vegas games and their awesome communities that are still rocking on. 2 previous generation games that are even outlasting some current ones already. I don't see Siege lasting even half as long as they already have.

Honestly, they should have finished what they started with Patriots. It really looks like it would have been the better game now. And more complete, like the previous ones, with multiplayer, co-op+campaign.

@HedleyLamarr: It WAS meant to have a campaign. But Ubisoft probably wasn't willing spend $ on a campaign twice after getting the bright idea of scrapping Patriots. Also, a short campaign is better than not having a campaign. Hell, throw in some co-op(like previous R6 games) and half will stop complaining about "underwhelming" even.

@me3639: Why not just do like Call of Duty and put EVERYTHING in then? Everybody's happy. Oh, right, Ubisoft found a bit of pocket change inside the couch for Siege's budget and forgot to put some actual decent $ in. They're too busy trying to keep Assassin's Creed on its feet. Besides, they probably wasted enough on scrapping Patriots and then got especially cold feet with "tactical shooter in 2015".

Thank you for the beta a few days before release. I knew it wasn't worth much, but as a big fan of the series, I definitely wanted a way to try it out...without having to pay for it. And the beta served as a good demo. Got bored of it after a few hours on the 1st day and left without ever looking back. Now I am in peace. It really does suck and I didn't have to pay to find out. Thank God for betas/demos and **** You, Ubisoft :)

@polishkid99: He's an ok guy, but yeah, I always skipped the gymkhana events. I liked having Tanner Foust around, though, because I'm a fan of Top Gear USA. Well, I hope the handling is fixed in Dirt Rally. Codemasters games always wanted to be a mix of arcade and simulation, but failed to make up their mind on which one they wanted more. While Dirt 3 is my favorite so far, its handling is really confusing. Whenever you're starting to become a victim of a spin-out, it's impossible to avoid it no matter what you do, which pissed me off. Especially because I also play a lot of Forza, which doesn't kill steering when you're in danger of spinning out. I actually think it's a gymkhana system, which was supposed to make drifting around objects easier or something. But it became a big problem in other events when you lost a bit of control in a corner.
