I finished Fallout 4 with over 300 Stimpacks. The game was way too easy on the default difficulty. I am playing through a second character, naked and gunless, and still have amassed over 100 stimpacks and am nowhere near the end of the game. I am hoping Survival mode will give me a nice challenge.
