When I first got my 360 in december i knew nothing about games. after finishing halo3, i bought gears, and after that I started to look up games, see which ones were the best and see what was coming out. one game that caught my eye was too human. i looked amazing and it was made by a dependable developer. i was stoked for this game. as the year went on though the game started to look like i could end up being a bust. i started to lose interest and it was good i did bc it looks like too human is really gonna bomb. like lair bomb or haze bomb. BOMB. it got a c- on 1 up and a 6.75 on game informer...

i guess we gotta wait til nov for a great game.

1. Fable2- This really looks like its gonna be a great rpg. Almost like a third person oblivion with better combat

2. Bionic Commando- Wasnt too excited until i saw some videos- this game looks amazing almsot like a gears with a bionic arm.

3. Gears 2- This game is gonna be amazing, it really looks liek they improved on almsot everything from the first.

4. Fallout 3- I wasnt into oblivion mainly cuz of the combat, u add in guns and this is my type of game.

5. Far Cry 2- Like fallout 3, its an open world game that just looks flat out fun and i love the different outcomes.

6. Mirrors Edge- This is true first person gameplay. It looks really unique, i love colors and cartoony feel.

7. Resident Evil 5- 4 was a great game and this looks just like four but w/ better graphics and improved gameplay.

8. Banjo Kazoie- love platforming and the addition to vehicles will fit nicely

9. Pricnce of Persia- I'm not too excited bout this game but it does look like a lot of fun and it looks sweet. Main turnoff is the combat

10. Splinter Cell Conviction- I actually still care about this game. many ppl are writing this one off, but ubisoft is taking a long time to make a splinter cell game so i mean it has to be great.

Just missed- Too Human used to be my number 1 but the videos i watch the less i like it. COD WAW- looks like a BFBC clone more than a COD4 one. FF13, Last Remnant both look great but i was never too into that kind of stuff. Mercenaries2, i love explosions but im not sold on another ea game.

Other systems- Anything Zelda or Mario related on the wii, Resistance 2, and LBP on ps3. ill prbly just play those at a friends house but those are games i wouldnt mind goin to the 360

I actually joined this site after reading about Jeff Gerstmann.

If you dont know the story, he was a long time editor at gamespot who basically got fired bc he gave Kane and Lynch a bad review. There was a lot of contreversy w/ his firing and a couple other editors left as well. this all happened nov 07. Then I guess Jeff decided to start his own site, Giant Bomb. IMO this site is much better bc it function jsut like gamespot but you have more freedom and you will not get modded every five seconds.

o yea and if you dont know who jeff is, watch teh orange box review.

So i basically have two more weeks of gaming til i go to college. ill still have my psp and dod source w/ me but my 360 will be at home, where i do most of my gaming.

xbox 360- recently ive been playin some cod4, and its so much fun. i started using the ak74 recently. it does so much damage and its so easy to fire from the hip and surprising, has some pretty good range. ive also been playin halo 3 w/ my friend. its still a blast to play but the online community is horrible. i disconnect all communications when i play online and ive never talked to ppl on halo but its still so annoying. today i was playing social w/ my friend. it was basically 8 ppl on 4 tvs so our teamates were on the same tv, as we were. mid way through the game a teamate killed my friend just to get his sniper. my friend got pissed and kiled him rite when he responded again for revenge. after that they kept goin at us to the point where i was just starin at this dude wanting him to kil me so i could boot him. almost happened tiil my friend randomly threw a grenade and killed us all. we got booted. i was soo pissed. w/e i avoided him so i guess its all good. yea other than that ive also been playin some conquest on bfbc and virtua fighter 5. damn im gonna miss my 360.

psp- i just bought tekken dr and its great. i dont like how theres no block and its def diff from soulcaliber and vf5 but its still a great game and the fact that its handheld makes it better. im like 2 hours into cc final fantasy 7. good game but it doesnt have a hold on me.

dod source- my comp is choppy but im still somewhat dec. i love the pacing of this game its kinda like cod fast but w/ bfbc objectives. the class base system is smart and its so realistic w/ the droppign the gunn to the enviroments. i just wish they came out w/ a dod for 360 thatd be amazing.

My friend and I were discussing this the other day. i know it says that deep impact makes bullets go through walls but i really think it just speeds up the bullet. he obvsiously said it just makes bullet go through walls. iono its just whenever i put deep impact w/ stopping power, ppl die a lot quicker and its esp noticible on the m40. when u put stopping power w/ any other perk, its dif. iono any one agree w/ me?

I played the heck outta mvp baseball 05 for my gamecube but i sold that and i really havent found any good ones for the 360. the 2k series sucks and the show is good for psp but that whole 2k/ea thing is killing baseball games.

or w/e his name writes the worse reviews ive ever read. he also does teh worse video reviews. he really just sounds like he has no idea what hes talking about. i mean i thought the assassins creed review was bad but then i saw the mass effect one. i dont see how this guy has a job talking about games when he doesnt know anything about them. i know ur prbly thinking this post was really unnessary but i just watched the mass effect review and holy crap. this is y i go to ign for reviews and gamespot for forums.

i bought a 1600 point ms card, got ng2 missions and gw2. all i gotta say about gw2 is go buy it now. its really fun, addcting, and the acheivements are perfect, meaning ull wanna get them, and all of them are actualy fun to get. mission mode is fun. the first chunk of missions are karma attack where u just try to score as high as possible. u start off w/ all teh weapons maxed out which is cool considering i only maxed out the staff in the campaign mode. id reccomend both of these to anyone but gw2 more than mission mode. gw2 is ridiculous.
