It's neither.
Because neither of them are a single word.

To be clear:
This entire game is a more difficult, in-depth Arkham Asylum combat system.
There's absolutely nothing beyond that, apart from the unique saving/checkpoint mechanic.
No real characters to speak of.
No real story to speak of.
No real secrets.
No items/inventory. (There's weapons, but they don't add that much to be honest.)
No gadgets or whatever (a la Batman games).
No additional modes.
A total of 5 levels.
Once your skills are honed, you can beat the game in 2 hours.

This game really only has three pros:
1. It looks/feels very cool.
2. It's satisfying to complete (because it forces you to repeat large chunks ad nauseum).
3. It's $40.

Many players complain about the camera,
but also there's glitches or bugs in the combat system,
that make your hits sometimes not land,
and enemies throw unblockable attacks in with very little telegraphing.
Then add very limited saving on top and you have a potential recipe for frustration.
Which isn't to say it's a bad game.
But it's extremely narrow, extremely difficult, extremely repetitive,
and you'll probably spend ≥90% of your play time
angry, miserable, and hooked.
