Ok...would it be a good idea to troubleshoot this way...unplug each case fan one by one. If thats not it...the try the GPU and then the CPU?

I've read several of the post on here about loud fan noise. Most of the advise is to clean or replace the fan. However, all my stuff is brand new, maybe 2 weeks old. When I'm on internet of anything else the fans are fine, but when I play games (Sims 3,World of Warcraft, Crysis)...one of the fans make a very loud noise. What should I do. I know there are programs out there to download...should I try that...and if so which one and what's the best process. How slow is too slow and any help on what to do would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey everyone, thanks for all of your help and input. I had a guy take a look at my setup. The video card turned out to be fine. However, the processor wasn't getting enough power. I had a 4 pin connected instead of an 8 pin. But, thankfully he caught that and it works fine now. Can't wait to get it home and fire up Crysis. Thanks again for all of the help.

my power supply is 550w from Fatal1ty. Both the MSI and the Newegg people I spoke with said it's probably a bad card, but Id hate to waste the time of mailing it back in if it's a simpiler solution. And if its not a bad card im just gonna have the same problem when the new one gets delivered.

it made the noise either with or without the pins inserted. Just got off the phone with MSI and Newegg....since I wasn't getting a picture on monitor either, they said it had to be a bad card. So i'm sending it back to newegg for a new one. HOPEFULLY this will solve it.
