Eh, it depends on if they fix the problems alot of people are having with the host having an advantage. I never noticed it but alot of people got heated about it. I also think they would have to offer something other than just modes (like COD's or RSV's) to make it worth repeated play. It'll be up there for a while, but I think the darkhorse to catch up to it is Brothers in Arms Hells Highway, game looks sick
two things: 1. I don't understand hating on EA, they're like the Yankees of publishers, it's either you like them for the quality, or you hate them for the monopoly. 2: get the demo first, play it a few hours, not a few minutes, then decide. I thought it was terrible at first, but then came back and am now digging this game, if my paycheck comes through, its a must buy.
Yeah he must have misspoke, I work retail too and sometimes, after saying the same thing to customers throughout the day, slip of the tongue. Both those games (well viva pinata) are well liked I would see no reason for them to be discontinued.
It's on the front page of gamespot! Call of Duty: World at War or something, plus theres a feature in some mag about it I would call it 100& confirmed. Its the pacific theatre.
I wasnt hyped at all until i played the demo. certain games are really hurt or create speculation about how good there gonna be (BF:BC) this demo just answers them all, the controlls work really well, the battles are fun, I cannot wait for this game
After spending a decent amount of time with the demo (3-5 Hrs.) heres my two cents. This isnt a game that should be compared with COD 4, there two entirely different games, other than the modern setting. While COD 4 is your classic pick up and play, arcade like shooter, low time investment to begin with high instant reward. Battlefield is a much different paced game, the weapons are more powerful and its easier to get killed. Both have there pros and cons, personally I am dissapointed by this demo. The game comes off as really unpolished, and the illusion of an open world is kind of snubbed out by the areas where going there is instant death
