The amount of work that went into Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate beats all these games hands down. Hours upon hours of gameplay value with the free content every month for almost an entire year. I would be surprised if it was any other game. Maybe Yo-kai a close 2nd for all you Pokeman fans.
