I have finally completed this game. The final requirement for the platinum is somewhat challenging as I have to complete 200 vs fights. Man, 200? That is alot of fights. Nevertheless, I kept on fighting and fighting until I reached the 100 mark. Then suddenly the trophy pops in. I thought to myself whether it is a glitch of some sort.

After searching online for the answer to this "glitch" I found out that the 100 online matches I've completed recently was accounted for the whole 200, so my online 100 fights, plus 100 local fights, equals to 200!. So, there you go, all I needed was 100 local fights. I felt a bit relief as even in fighting the 100 local vs took me about 2 - 3 hours. :)

Currently I'm borrowing this game from a friend. And as I played it, I felt in love with the game and decided to buy a copy. The problem is, I bought a different region version of the game and the save file also differs. Slotting in the new game I bought, presents me with the same game, albeit the unlocked version, meaning, I have to complete the arcade mode, the story mode and the Kombo Challenge all over again, my god, KOMBO CHALLENGE?

No, definitely not now. But I will try to find sometime to complete it AGAIN just to prove my love for the game and that I really deserved the Plat.

The third spot in Gamespot is finally mine. Now onwards to other games!

Sonic Gems Collection (PS2)

My daughter had finally got bored with some of the games for the PS3. So she decided to play my old PS2 game. My PS2 is still alive and well and is attached to a rather old (but usable) flat screen television. The game she currently playing is Sonic R in the Sonic Gems Collection. Although the cover is in Japanese, all the games inside are very much in English.

She played the Tag and Balloon mode. Whereas in Tag, she have to capture / Tag all the other characters that would try to run away. In Balloon mode, she have to find all the balloons scattered all over the stage. Since this is her new found talent (to control a character in a 3d third person environment) I was wondering whether I should help to unlock all the characters for her. As for now she is playing as the default character such as Sonic, Knuckles, Tails and Amy. Although she still enjoys the game, she sometime asked why some of the characters in the select screen has "X" slashed on their portrait. And I said that she can use the Yellow Sonic in this game which got her eyes shining for a moment there.

As I will definitely delve deeper into the game to unlock all the characters, I am hesitating whether or not I should log this game into my gaming log. This is because if I start, I would need to put all my PS2 titles into the log, and update accordingly inside My Backloggery and not to forget my Gamespot account as I have a couple if not 3 hundred or so title and even listing them all would take ages, or maybe I should list them as I play?

Let the thoughts run for a while, but I will definitely unlock all the character for Batrisyia's first.

Finally completed the online requirement of the game. It was not that hard as the server is good and lag is of no issue, congratulation Midway, looking forward to fight online in the new Mortal Kombat coming soon. Anyway, back on my progress for MK vs DC, its all about finishing arcade mode with all the characters to view their story, and to perform all the fatalities, heroic brutalities and all the moves available to each character.

And I will finally get the 3rd Spot on Gamespot for this game :)

Updates on the Gamespot + Fuse. Finally we have the playstation 3 tab in the "My Achievements" page. The next step should be a Faq of some sort when we clicked on a trophy, so that gamers that want to achieve the trophy can get some help / guide on how to. Overall, gamespot is giving the best for the gamers :)

Hi gaming world, it seems that these couple of weeks, there are some changes / progress going on around gamespot's website. I see my trophies from PSN finally made its way to the "My Achievements" tab in my profile. Although, there is not yet an option to add your PSN account in Gamespot. I only managed to Fuse my account in gamespot with my Raptr account. Well it seems that changes would still need time to be fully implemented and I understand that. But I would like to congratulate Gamespot in that account that they are doing their best to fulfill the desires of their users. :)

I've registered in GameSpot for almost 4 years. But I have just been recently active. This is due to me buying my PS3 console and the Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix release.
