The computer is "turning on" in the sense that it's recieving power.

Check that the 24 pin motherboard power connector is plugged in properly.

Check that the GPU is in the right PCIx16 slot, in the 680i I belive there's three, and only one will work for a single card solution.

Check the manual on that one.
