I built a PC just to play WoW when it was released. Around the holidays my PC started freezing like nothing would work not even the mouse so i kept doing a hard shut down and turn it back on. i replaced my RAM cause i thought that was the problem but the problem still occured. well recently when i turned on my PC it made a very LOUD noise and i smelled smoke. i left it alone and didnt open it up cause i thought everything was ruined inside. well i just opened it and i dont see any damage but im sure it wont work. i think maybe it was the motherboard or cpu that went out. ANYWAYS do you think all the parts like video card and ram are fried? i wanna rebuild but i wanna use the same parts
i have some videos i downloaded and put on DVD-R and they all worked on my laptop, but after awhile when i put the disc in the drive i could hear it running but then stop and when i click on the files i wanna watch nothing shows or opens. yes, the discs are clean and not scratched and i checked for driver updates and everything is ok. anyone know how i can fix this?
its been out longer than PS3 and they've manage to get a AAAA exclusive game before its 2nd year, yet no AAAA exclusive for 360. sad, especially when everything seems to be going multi platform. i really thought Gears of war 2 would be it but it manage to ONLY get 9.0 lol. so are we expecting anything in 2009 from Microsoft? i dont see anything
lolololololololololololol...i love mass effect, i just beat it last week and im at lvl 56 right now. i cant wait for ME2! dont care what system it comes out for i have ps3, 360 and PC
i hope it does come out for ps3 though, this games needs more fans. i didnt hear alot from it when it came out for 360
umm just because you Gears fans are having trouble and arent enjoying your game very much doesnt mean other games like R2 are having the same problems. im enjoying it way more and after seeing how Gears 2 is such a disappointment im glad i can stick with my Halo 3 and COD4 on 360 with out having to waste money on trash

great now you got me thinking if im damaging my 60gb PS3. i read the 60 GB PS3 has the Emotion Engine which is also in the PS2 so i wouldnt think its damagin the PS3 if you play PS2 games on it. buy hey if anyone knows for sure let me know

Funny logic, actually Sony has been consistently outselling the 360 since its launched. This whole year minus a few weeks the PS3 has outsold the 360 by a large margin. So its not "selling well for one week in Japan".
Meanwhile the 360 has ONLY been "selling well" for a few weeks in Japan since its launch THREE YEARS AGO yet somehow that doesnt apply to your logic?
i think alot of 360 fanboys should read this, and to add, this was also due to 360 releasing 2 JRPGs the last couple months.
