Nom Nom Nom

Is there anything better on a Saturday morning (albeit afternoon... should have woken up earlier) than a bacon sandwich? I can envisage you scratching your head trying to think of better answers but I'll save you the time - there isn't. Today's comic is somewhere down below, whilst you read it I'll probably be playing Guitar Hero II on the dusty PS2, goddam expert mode is almost impossible, I've got a better chance of pulling Scarlett Johansson that completing this game, illustrated by THIS picture.

I'll get her one day...

Votey Voterson

Local election time in the land of the Eng's which, in turn, means I get a lecture from my parents as to why it's important for me to vote and not remain impartial. Amusing that I found out that my Mum isn't voting either. In a totally unrelated subject in case anyone is interested I'm currently reading Yotsuba atm, pretty damn good.. I'd recommend it, it also relates nicely to this screenshot

Why do I keep watching Hollyoaks?! /wrists

I don't want to look like a weirdo... I'll just take the moo-moo

Hoorah for classic Simpsons, without it I don't know what I would do at 6pm... I'd have to watch the news and nothing, and I mean nothing, ever happens in my neck of the woods. That reminds me, I didn't go to the woods in fear of the oft fabled "big suprise" and whether or not it would involve pedobear... damn you freakyzeeky... in other news below is today's comic, once again excuse the crudeness I'm just not that good at paint.. or humour..:

Ralph Wiggum FTW

We are adventuring, we are adventurers

Whoever gets the band reference in the blog title wins one solid gold cookie.

Back on subject below is today's comic:

Anyhoo today, even though it's still not even 4pm, was a bit of an adventure. Waking up at my usual lathargic time of 11:30am I decided that I'd better get some fresh air so I took the bus to the seaside and sat down on the seafront and ate some dorito's. Not your usual pre-summer food but tasty nonetheless. To be honest that was the furthest I've gone out of my way to do anything for some time, I'm too damn lazy... who knows what tomorrow holds? Maybe a trip to the woods :o

*sneaks back in*

"Welcome back!" I hear one or two of you cry as I casually sneak back in after my one week suspension. Whilst I'm sitting here thinking about what to write as I eat my salt and vinegar crisps, I found myself lost for words so I shall get to the conclusion faster than I had previously anticipated. Because I decided to write a series of blogs when I have barely anything to write about considering my time is either taken up by Gamespot or revision, I'll try to post one of my comics I've created in paint per day. Here's number 1, let it be a landmark occasion (they'll get better, also ignore the pattern of milkshake references in them):

About Me V2.0

Seeing as around about 200 people have visited my profile to be severely dissapointed by lack of, well anything really, I think I owe it to the gamespot community to create a small rambling blog to get things going in this department. Think of my blog as a snowball going down a steep hill, I will slowly post more and more until the quality and quantity of my blogs reaches critcal mass and then I get fed up and stop doing them or get banned, which ever comes first. I gave serious thought about doing a ctrl+c then ctrl+v job with my old myspace profile's 'about me' section to start off my blogging days with but then I thought against this notion... firstly because I will be immediantly shunned by the majority of the gamespot community and secondly because it was a big bag of wank. Back on subject I would say that I'm generally a nice guy but I'm too sarcastic to be a nice guy. If anything I'm just a guy. I'm a 19 year old boy, not man, boy... it's not that I'm immature, not by any stretch of the imagination, it's just I don't think I can say I'm a man yet if my Mum still does my ironing. I come from the west of england: Yes that's right, right by the sea. Unfortunately seeing as I live in England it, unsuprisingly, sucks. Unpredictable weather means my days of admiring ladies by the beach are numbered throughout the year - but at least global warming has increased those days, thanks Jeremy Clarkson! - so I have to make the most of it when I can. I'm at college right now studying a whole manner of subjects but seeing as this post is getting rather long I shall leave those for another day. By the way prepare for a blitz of information in the next paragraph as I wrap things up: I'm one of those common people Pulp sang about in the mid-nineties. Just because I live by the beach doesn't mean I'm a surfer. I like indie music but love indie gigs. That, however, doesn't mean I can fit into those itsy-bitsy drainpipe jeans. I have a good knowledge of American culture seeing as my Dad lives in New Orleans. Mardi Gras kicks ass. The law that says I can't drink there till 21 on the other hand sucks ass. Favourite tv show - Arrested Development. Favourite artist - The Libertines. Favourite food - chinese. Et voilá, I hope you aren't dissapointed anymore when you click on my username.
