- 50 dollah pair of slippers from LL Bean. So very comfortable, like lil' pillows on my feet.

I leveled up the other day I think. I bought a couple CDs today, both by Amon Tobin. Christmas is almost here, that'll be fun, I also got my laptop :).

I don't really post much anymore.

I bought it today. Out of nowhere. I didn't pre-order, reserve a copy, nothing. I didn't even have intentions on buying it at all anytime soon. Yesterday though I got caught up in the hype :?. A few buddies of mine were talking about it at lunch and in class, and I had a huge urge to play some Halo. So today I went straight from school to Gamestop with my pal, he was picking up his pre order, and I asked them if they had any available (thinking the guy would look at me like I had 3 heads, laugh, and then tell me that I must be joking) but to my surprise he said they did have a few they could sell. At that time I was kicking myself for not having enough cash on me. My friend offers to drive me home, pick up the rest of the money, and then drive to another town to pick up his girlfriend. I said, "DUDE ok :)." So I picked up the money and bought Halo 3...at Target :P. They wouldn't accept my permit as a form of identification. I was hoping they wouldn't see that damn big red box that says "Not for Legal Identification." Oh well. I just finished playing, I played for a little over an hour, and the game is pretty fun! I had played the beta so I knew what to expect, graphically and such. I haven't played online yet, but when I do it should be cool because I haven't played on all the maps. The single player is fun, the game sounds AWESOME. I turned my speakers up almost half way and was blown away by the sound effects. Overall I'd say I'm pretty excited I bought Halo 3 on launch day without a pre-order :).

Level 33. I also bought turntables the other day so I can learn to sratch/dj/etc. I'm excited about that.

Yo. I haven't blogged in awhile, just because I haven't really felt the need to or really had the time to.

Anyway here's some stuff that's happened or is going to happen!

I got my permit finally. 17 years old without a permit is not something to be proud of, so I got it at the end of August. I realize now I should have gotten my license way back in the day because of all the freedom and such I could have had. Although I wouldn't have had a car, I could have at least had my license. I'm glad I finally got that out of the way however, LOOK OUT FOR ME IN FEBRUARY 8).

I have put my projector purchase on hold for now. I also realized I need to buckle down and start getting my life more on track. I'm a senior in HS and I'm saving up for a projector when I should be saving up for a car. I have a perfectly fine working monitor anyway. I'll get the projector someday, just not now!

I'm buying a laptop very very soon. This laptop will be a Dell Vostro 1500 with a lot of the fantastic trimmings and such. It'll be good enough to play a lot of PC games at very good settings. It isn't mainly for gaming however, it's mostly for my new Akai MPD24 that I'm purchasing very soon. I need another "hobby" besides gaming, because to be honest I'm getting a bit tired of the games I have now and I want to actually produce something with the time that I have away from work and school. So I'll be using that laptop to work with the Akai because I need something like FL7 or Orion as a music program to get things up and running. This laptop will also be for college next year and for the next 3 years after that. It's 1380 USD and I'll be paying through a 4 year 37 dollar a month plan haha.

As I stated above I'm purchasing the Akai MPD24. Ever since my Brother got his Roland MV 8000 and started producing his hip-hop r&b beats, I have been really interested in doing the same. I've loved hip-hop etc. for some time now, and I'd love to produce my own stuff. So this will get me on the right track. We'll just see how well I can produce, since I don't know the first thing about music and such :?.

School started today. School is School. I'm a Senior now, so now I'm praying for A LOT of snow days since I won't have to make up any of them, and I also get out in May now instead of June, so that has me pumped. I really need to buckle down this year because I have goofed off all to much during the rest of my years ( I possibly screwed up my whole future due to this, so I REALLY need to do well this year). My classes this semested consist of...

Block 1 - History of Rock n' Roll ( I don't about this class since I'm not really interested in that genre of music, but we'll see how it goes :).)

Block 2 - Art 2. Damn. What an easy class.

Block 3 - English 12 Honors. I like the teacher and English has always been a strong point of mine, so this should be fun.

Block 4 - Algebra 2 CP. Yay. Algebra again. I failed this class last year. Excellent.

So that's my schedule for this semester and if I keep my head on straight I should do fine. I just don't want to screw up because then I'll be in a whole pile of s$#t later on. I don't want to screw up my future anymore than I possibly have. I'll keep you updated on my progress in School if anyone actually cares :P.

If you made it this far in this blog, then DAMN. You're either wicked bored or you really love me. Anyway, that's basically what's been up in the past month. Oh, all of that, and the fact that I don't play my Wii much. It just isn't what I had hoped for. Wii Sports is fun, but everything else just doesn't interest me. Even Metroid :?. AH, that's something I forgot to mention. I got my 360 back with a free month of LIVE Gold. Which isn't all that bad even though I already have LIVE forever basically since my Dad put it on his credit card. Anyway I got to play BIOSHOCK, and that's one hell of a game. I'M RAMBLING.

EDIT: Damn I forgot one more thing which is why I originally posted. I'm buying the new iPod Touch that's coming out on September 28th. It's like the iPhone as you may know (which I wanted earlier, I stated that in a previos blog) but without the phone part. EXCELLENT. It's only 299 USD and I'm game. I can't wait to get this badboy. My latest iPod is the iPod mini which I got for free from my neighbor. The battery is shot and it doesn't play half the damn songs on it. It freezes all the time too. SO I'm excited for that.

Level 32 :P.

That's what I said about buying the Samsung 32" HDTV. I found a Mitsubishi HD1000U projector that is only about 70 dollars more and it will blow away the TV. It is going in my room on one of my walls (I share a room so it is pretty decent sized) and I plan on setting it to about 120". That is DAMN big.A hell of a lot bigger than 32". I am so excited. I'm going to post my setup once it is complete, which will probably be sometime in September/October.

Step 1 of my finalization of my game room has been completed tonight. I finally purchased my Logitech z5500 surround sound speakers tonight. I can't wait to get them. My next purchase will be the Samsung 32" HDTV that I've had my eye on for awhile now. Woo.
