Im almost sure the free WB has expired now .... I got my PS+ they day it went live and that expired today. So maybe your outside the time frame? Have you checked the PS Forums for similar problems?

Or maybe look in the latest section sometimes they put it there rather than where it meant to be?

I think the free PSP games have to be downloaded using a PSP. The PSP welcome back tab was never visible in the store on my PS3.x-2tha-z

You don't have to do it using a PSP. I downloaded the only game I didn't have on my PS3.

There hasn't been a NHL game on the PSP since NHL 07. I'm hoping they start making it again with Vita.

It says that, because Amazon has the release date for the Vita on 31 December. Once Sony gives the official release date, Amazon will change it. Then you will get another update email telling you the estimated delivery date.
