Does anyone know when this card will be available for purchase in australia?, and whether it is worth buying straight from the launch date?

Hey, im upgrading my PC, i got a quote froma Leading edge computer shop around the corner and this is a quote they did up for me

-Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 3.0Ghz processor

-2g ddr2 + (2g i already have)

- XFX PCIe 2.0 9800 GX2 1gb Black Edition- 700mhz clock speed 2.10 ghz 1gb ddr3

-microsoft vista home (for dx10)

Now give me your advice, weather you think it is over priced what may or may not be good for me, or where i could buy the parts for cheaper. Thanks

So, i have saved about 1000 dollars from working, and im looking to upgrade my graphics card, (look for the best of the best perfomance wise). My power supply is only 350watts, so i assume getting the latest greatest graphics card will require a better power supply, so if somone was will to tell me what kind of graphics card i should aim towards and what power supply i shoudl go for, would be greatly appreciated, thankyou!.
