@dogman7 now, this is a good point, look what is happening with Diablo 3, the developers decided to make it online only, and in a way its a very clever move, sadly this is the only way that developers can secure their capital and achieve an equilibrium point in their money invested.
@blueboxdoctor Most game developers are simply combining the two elements and making FPSRPGs and its a valid approach, but is that all the new power of the consoles, the fact that were in the next century, and that the competitive level is very high in the gaming industry... is that all they can give us?
@Spartan_418 Flower is one of those games that I had to have in my library of games, it is amazing and takes full advantage of the six axis controller.
The limitations that people think exist, are because they see skyrim with many glitches and think that the console limit has been reached, and in a way they are right. The main power of the consoles can only be achieved through the mastering of the hardware itself, did you know that the ps3 controller has six axis control, if you did you know its a waste of money because hardly any game uses it, and yet we the consumers pay 60 dollars for a controller that most games don´t use their full potential.
What I am trying to say is that, were going to be paying a bigger price tag on next generation consoles and games, and the ps3 will be become obsolete. The gaming industry has to understand that its understandable that the demand is high for games but it´s completely wrong to raise prices, like if they were a monopoly, for consoles that will have a bigger hardware that 40% of it wont be used...
Lets wait on the new consoles, let the worlds constant inflation affect our other aspects of life, but not our gaming.
