I don't get the hype around the Ipad 3. (or new Ipad). After 1080p, all resolutions are trivial. And there are already tablets reaching full hd. 4g? There aren't even carriers who properly support it. There are only a few apps which will support the retina display. New techs like SENSEG would have been nice, or Projection capabilities. But just a Tablet with higher resolution, it's plain abuse of people greediness.
The problem is not just about trailers and games. Unfortunately, nowadays, a disconnection between the product and it's commercial is usual. There's a book about it, just written this year, "Tell The Truth: Honesty Is Your Most Powerful Marketing Tool". It touches the basics of this subject, focusing on how modern advertising praises "attraction" more than "presentation".
I told already 10000 times that with smart phones and tablets, small gaming devices are obviously obsolete. Any human being with a descent brain could understand this. But of course Sony needs a 2nd Anonymous attack to understand it.
LOL! this is hilarious. I look at this article as the first step of companies interferance in reviewers scores. The next step will probably be "we don't use numbers anymore but we rate with phrases!" like: 10 will become "BUY IT RIGHT NOW". 6 will be "Ok it's not that good but buy it anyway! Look! there is a cool new feature in it!". Five articles like this and 1 will become "ok ok it's absymal but Coome ooon! How many of you played a very bad game! You should buy it anyway just to see how bad it is!"
NOooOOOoO! Do something Gamespot! You can't let this happen!!!! And what if those Telltale developers win a "best review nobel prize", instead of you!!! Just because you were too busy playing games and reviewing them again and again, re-correcting your grammar each time!!! PS: Srry for my poor user writing.
@jorgeabk what's even more funny it's their complaint: "Part of that is because our review staff is swamped at the height of the holiday release season, and part of it is because we didn't get any early review copies from developer Telltale Games." So 4 guys from Telltale decided to review the game for them. This article's right title should be: "Telltale NOOBS took our job and they don't even let us play their game!"
BTW, soon a new website is coming... It's a blog, it's free. It's called reviewersreviewer.com They will start to review reviewers :) that will be fun!
