I was wondering, should I turn up the difficulty setting on Oblivion to make it harder or does it adjust to your level of gameplay? I thought I read somewhere that it gets harder depending on how you play it. I only just started playing it so I wanted to know before I get to far into it. Thanx.MentatAssassin
turning it up to like 8/10 the way to the max makes that game impossible against some enemies, at least with a low level character i never tried it with a high level one. also makes the oblivion gates a joke since you get massacred by those stupid dinosaur type things that constantly ram you and stagger you 3 or 4 times in a row while doing like 3x as much damage.
i only console game but i found this game for 20$ and i am installing it as we speak, i was wondering if there are like real freaks online for cs:s , are there some ppl so good, that they like don't even zoom when they use sniper rifles, k thats a bit of a silly question. but yea, will i get hammeredqoakzmwisjxneud
ha yea you're gonna get rocked just dont cry when it happens lol. and you should try and join a smaller server like 20 people or less. dont join any big massacre servers with 40 people cuz you dont even learn anything in there anyway. you should also try and learn the maps right off the bat so you know where people are and can come from. just follow everybody else, but dont get too close and block them lol that pisses people off. oh and be sure to just ignore any negative comments people say about your skill in that game, if you suck people will call you a noob and if you're good people will call you a cheater theres no way to get away from being called something in that game lol.
so im reading the news on the bungie website snd low and behold not only am i getting fun stuff about marketing and all that crap but i also read about the beta of halo 3.... however while it was exciting to get some stuff on the beta the most pleasing thing is that there are going to be new maps for halo 2 which is freaking sweet seeing as we have played the maps on halo 2 to death.
just felt like spreading my joy so hope you guys are excited too

Announced like 2 months ago....I would be excited...but I'll be playing the Halo 3 beta. Oh...and your Gears of War quotes are wrong. well id check it on my game but my g/f brother broke my gears game though im pretty sure thats who says it.... and the beta wont always be around plus i have a lot of lan parties and right now we still arnt sure if the beta is only playable online or if we can play it offline too

but i didn't really like halo 2 i stopped playing it like..3 or 4 months after it came out. and i had to force myself to like it for that long because thats the only game people played. halo 1 multiplayer was much better where your nades were real grenades, not lil firecrackers like in halo 2. i also dont like the pellet gun smgs. halo 3 is lookin better though and i'm buying crackdown today for that beta.
You're giving the technology waay too much credit dude. stop over hyping. Nothing in technology lasts 20 years in it's current state, 3 years is tough enough. The PS3 will be outdated in 4 or 5 years just like every other device released in 2006. That's plenty of time to design a new system with far more power than any of the currect devices.(hell, PCs have already leap frogged the 360 and PS3 assuming you have the 3000 bucks to afford that kind of rig.) yea $3000 if you buy one of those rip off dell xps bs whatever. in fact dell has desktops with a BASE price of $4000+ and you can build a BETTER computer than that for like $1400 off of newegg.
number one out of all the consoles is crackdown. i dunno how often it changes though i think its day by day basis or maybe weekly that the rankings are given out and its based on how many page views the game gets i think, i'm not really sure though. i dont know what the highest ps3 game is.
pdz..i managed to force myself to like it for a few days then i couldn't take it anymore. same with kameo then i settled with pgr3 for a few weeks. ahhh such good memories of laping people in that game and hearing "wtf how do you start off so fast in the enzo?!"

i know its not a great addition, but ok...if six axis is not a great addition to VT, then whats the great addition on the 3sixty controller? why just bash sixaxis? It's not always PS3 vs. 360 everywhere, but they way I take it is this: Why bash the SIXAXIS? Because the SIXAXIS is claiming to be an innovative product. 360 controller is not, it based on the "tried and true principle", take a controller with 2 analog sticks, 4 triggers, 4 face buttons, and rumble, it's been done before, it's pretty standard now, people seem to like it. PS3 comes out and says "we are the future, our controller is superior, we took out that old rumble gimmick and added motion sensitivity" Well now you gotta put your money where your mouth is, so now your job is to review or preview games, you play both versions of the game, and your job is to inform readers. You come to this conclusion "SIXAXIS is a neat concept, but IMO it doesn't add anything to the game, it really isn't a big deal" So the reason the reviewer said this is becuase Sony came out and said "You WILL have more fun playing multi-platform games on our system because our controller is superior", you gotta call them out if it isn't true.
