kinda happened with me....i dumped her she came to my house with her parents for a party we started hangin out and playin halo and she started winning so i told her i dont play alot and that im just not trying
well first off did the advert on ebay say anything about it being fault in anyway? if not you should inform ebay of what has happend, there must be someway you can get your money back

well i bought it for 250.00 it said it was top of the line refurbished and when i sent it back it took him 3 MONTHS to ship it back...so ebay couldnt really do anything and he deleted his account
