Your problem seems to be that you can't deal with the fact that the people in charge in this country are as corrupt as the day is long.

If M$ was concerned about privacy, when the gov came to them demanding personal info then they should have told the gov to go **** themselves.

If it went to court then the gov would end up looking bad. No... instead they go along with this blatantly unconstitutional bullshit... in secret.
