Target the Wii's audiance as well as the hardcore gamer. cakeorrdeath
The Wii has an established userbase for that type of game already. It's cheaper to develop for, and there's already an audience for "casual games" on the system. I don't see the other two being able to capture the Wii's audience. After all, why would developers take the time to make a casual game on the 360 or PS3? It's more costly, and it's more risky than if you put it on the Wii. The only games that would go to that audience on those consoles will most likely be first-party games. And unless Sony or Microsoft decides to make stealing the Wii's audience their #1 priority, I don't see those games being numerous enough to gain that audience.
The motion sensing is also a big selling point. The 360 doesn't have it, and quite honestly the PS3's is a joke. Games like Wii Sports can be obscenely simple with motion sensing. Then there's the price point, too. The other consoles are bigger, more powerful, and therefore more expensive. Unless Nintendo decides to be extremely arrogant (and they are actually showing signs of that; just look at their constant rambling about sales at E3), I don't think they'll risk other consoles becoming substantially cheaper than the Wii.
Again, unless Sony or Microsoft becomes hell-bent on getting the Wii's audience I don't see them being albe to do it.
