I thought that game was really good. Depends if your a mech fan I guess. TO answers your question TC, there is rarely anyone online. I am sometimes though add me if you want to play online.

Just Happs Competition joysticks and convex buttons. I prefer bat tops over ball tops, and the stiffer springs in Happs joysticks. Also, Happs parts are just more cost effective for me considering they're typically around half the price of Sanwa/Semitsu parts while not being poor quality.

Yes, but you need to check your specs in order to see if it will run on your computer. Go to http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest and select the game you want to play from the drop down. let it run it's test and it will tell you the results. Keep in mind most laptops that run all games or most games in high settings because of the low end/smaller video cards they come with.
