I don't think it's "worth" the wait. I think it's a rippoff getting it on last gen consoles for the same price at 30fps. I think framerate falls borderline on the "look" category. It's actually a feel. I would actually rather have worse graphics and lower resolution than a slower framerate. COD ghosts can attest to this.
