1/3 of my diet is water. Ftw. But I still drink soda and coffee. Funny thread.

The only thing is, pop has a funny aftertaste sometimes, and I don't know if it's high fructose corn syrup or the caffiene. I'm trying to figure it out. High fructose corn syrup just sounds like something that'll kill you, lol.

You're tryin to take it to a whole.......nother......level.

I'm an enthusiast but I wouldn't do that unless I got some hard evidence first.

Saying that anything below a 9 is a bad review is sending the reviewer a mixed message, imo. A 5 should be an ok honest effort. a 6.5 should be good. a 7.6 should be great. Something like that. The developers (or their puppet masters) get their asses kissed way too much and it shows. I'm not a fan of small visceral stories and good graphics alone. I honestly believe no matter what you put out, 25% of gamers will be pleased with it, as long as it's finished. So they're going to make money, releasing games with no stories/replayability.

People need to realize this is Indiana Jones, NOT the Matrix

It's not supposed to be profound, you're not supposed to spend time thinking about the riddles. Indy gets a riddle, he solves it 2 seconds later, and the story progresses

I can't see how anybody could call any part of the movie "horrific"

I think spielberg/lucas perserved the Indy atmosphere perfectly. And this is from someon who didn't care for the Star Wars prequels 2&3.

Boltybolt

In retrospect, I like the Star Wars prequels. They're still better than most movies out there. Same thing I went through with Jurassic Park. It really stood the test of time I thought. I'm wondering how Indy 4 will do. It needed to make some kind of strange sense. If it did, I didn't get it, lol.

Equal rights for all man and woman, free health care and education, respect all men, women and kids and wars would be settle by the leaders in a steel cage match

it sounds more political then religious.....is there really a difference?

shyskillz

I second that.

It was worth a playthrough. It had a smart story, which is rare these days, imo. It just wasn't replayable. All the sci-fi elements weren't written into it, like when you got to the labs.

The only thing I'm a fanboy of is Bioware. I used to be a Nintendo fanboy, but I was really dissapointed with the Gamecube. Nintendo 64 was much better, imo. The only thing I'm a hater on, is Oblivion. I haven't played a really good game since Morrowind, but there were some decent games, like Bioshock and RE4.

It's hard for me to say which one is worse. I can understand being a fanboy of a company that's continually shown promise. I guess a hater would be worse. I'd give Oblivion a 6 out of 10 if I had to rate it, so technically, I don't think it's a bad game. Just average when I was expecting something to fill the shoes of Morrowind, which noone else has done either, imo.
