I don't know why but for some reason Kurt Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse Five always cheers me up.

[QUOTE="Jack Thompson"] The guy who shot his mouth off about it had no idea what the Hell he was talking about. freek666

Is it just me, or does anyone else think that he is talking about that woman? And just when you think he might NOT have all of his screws loose...

He's talking about the original guy with the blog, not Cooper Lawrence.

I used to wish they were real in 3rd grade (I dont really remember lol such a long time ago) so I could quit school like Ash and fight pokemon for money.StealthedRogue

I was the exact same way, except I wished that instead of learning about past cultures in the Americas, we would be learning about Pokemon.

I know that for sure you would have to be at least 18. I'm not sure on the specifics though, but I believe that it would still be statutory rape because they are in a mentor/teacher role. Not positive on that though.

I'm 17, able to buy mature games at our local Wal-Mart, yet I am unable to download mature rated demos because I still have a child Live account. I'm thinking of heading out to the store to get some Microsoft points to buy Fable through Live, but I was curious if I'll be able to buy the game or not because of my account being underage.

It just all depends on your view of constitutional, remember the constitution was created several hundreds of years ago when there were no such thing as nuclear weapons, biological weapons, terrorist sleeper cells, massive economy, wide spread drug smuggling/dealing, etc. Everything must evolve to survive, and so must the constitution.Montaya

Ummm, what?

Anyone else thing they should remove "under god" from the Pledge of Allegiance? I mean, it wasn't added in until the 1950's during the McCarthy era, so why should it be there now? Especially when the country was founded on the fact that religion isn't a required part of American life.

Passed written and driving test on the first try. Like someone before me said, just drive like a robot or an elderly person. The only demerit I got was for driving 35 mph (10 over the limit) over our lift bridge, which is the speed that almost everyone drives at so you get beeped at if you go slower.
