Seriously, it's unacceptable. The amount of people who do this need locking up. It frustrates me how they can hold up the traffic, like the whatsapp gap, texting at a green light, holding phone whilst driving.

I have witnessed this several times recently at night time. People need to wake up and smell the coffee that it's 100% dangerous driving.
