Why can't people just accept the fact that all of the consoles aren't going to be carbon copies of each other this time around. Diversity like this is great.

You know that Square is not blind, sice they saw Lost Planet and Dead Risisng , two new IP's making millions of sales, now they know that a FF13 on 360 would make sales EXPLODE worldwide too, that is what happned with capcom, they had every chance to let DMC4 remain on PS3, but hey they are not crazy or money haters, no company is
Sony has to BUY Square now to make FF3 only on PS3, there is no other way, there will be fr more sales of FF13 on 360 just because of the install base and the HUGE attach rate no other console has ever seen

This thread fails, simply because whatever the PS3 install base migt be when FF13 arrives, 360 one will be about same or far more as things go now, so LOGIC says, why sell 1 million copies, when you can clearly easilly sell 2 millions or MORE instead ?

In Microsoft's position they were not trying too push a new format with the Xbox. So why would they want too continue too take a huge loss on a product that had clearly lost the console war, and made no money?
