Community college is kind of like a stepping stone to getting those high profile degrees like a doctorate. Mostly though, you'll spend 2 years at Community and 4 or more at a state college.
Communism is very popular because it strives to create a perfectly balanced society where no person is better than the other. But that can't happen without someone guiding them, and usually the guide is just using them for their own priorities.
