Well, considering there is no law, wrong in a legal sense, no. But I would say ethically, it is. It's sort of a common courtesy. Waitress get paid crap wages, and rely on tips for a living. They usually bust their butts to make sure you're attended to. If you want to eat out and not tip the people who serve you, you should stick to fast food.Or America should raise the legal minimum wage and make employers pay them for doing their job, not the customer.
Yeah, I completely agree with this. I don't understand why we have to pay their employees. Somehow it should be illegal.

As for the laptop you picked out, you are wasting your money. Do you really need a laptop with 6GB of Ram to do school work? I almost find it pointless in having a laptop for college if you own a desktop. Spending over 1,000 dollars to take notes in class isn't worth it.

Because the V6 cost me $15,000, and a supercharger and a beefed up lower end is around $5-6,000 for a total of about $21,000...a new GT costs $28,000 BEFORE any taxes or whatever, so yea

ebay is just filled with scammers and a$$holes. On top of that items recieved were never in condition described or people just have really low standards. Its good for getting cheap items but there is a reason your getting something cheap off of that site.
