If there was a Guiness Book of World record for worst flop of a game it'd have to goto SOCOM.. because the game got released and it was online only and the server did NOT even work, at all. You loaded the game and you couldn't even customize stuff just a start screen. Then went on to temp servers, and now the game is still horrible. Gameplay is ok when it plays but not worth the trouble. I can't think of another game with a worse release in history. I mean possibility if a disc based game just didnt work at all and you couldn't get refunded would be the only worse possible senario to top the mess of SOCOM.

Since no one replied I guess you are the only one. Because the graphics are amazing, so is the gameplay, online and custamizations are top notch. The realisms of the game is what makes it one of my fav games ever. I drive around actual LA taking pictures by the Santa Monica pier it's pretty awesome. I haven't even booted up Burnout Paradise since Midnight Club LA came out. They dont even compare imo.

When you said the races are too hard to win it kinda gives your opinion away. The AI is good but I like it because you're not in 1st place every race like GTA5P. I do wish MC4 LA had more bikes cause I ride bikes. At least they are real bikes though and not generic bootleg bikes like in Burnout which is a pet peeve I have.

It last only 24hrs from the very moment you start playing the movie, even if it's still downloading. I'm really like the movie rental thing they got a ton of movies saves me a trip to Hollywood or Blockbuster. However, HD rentals can't be watched while downloading it'll buffer. SD movies looked like DVD quality though it's plenty fine for HDTV.

It's cool everyone has their own opinions on Tekken that's understandable, but fact is it is "sellin out" and going more mainstream. I sold my 360 and paid extra money to play exclusive games such as Tekken. Now that it's gone multi, there's the possibility of it playing better, looking better and having better online servers on the 360. When it comes down to it almost all multi-plat games are a little better on the 360 and I hate that. If it's the case with Tekken, I'll sell my PS3 and go back to 360 because I'm sick of multi-plat games coming up short on the PS3. Also just goes to show Microsoft's effort they're putting into their system. They can just write out a check and buy whatever they want. What Sony did with BioShock just shows you Sony can't offer the same type of service to customers. A yr late, not even as good and make you pay extra for add ons. That's pretty rediculous. By no means am I saying I like the 360 because I hate that big bulky POS, but if they continue to provide better service you can't deny that.

This works I promise I've posted this tip before. Buy a laptop cooler, one that set off the ground with the USB fans usually one or two small fans and plug the USB right into the controller port. It's silent and the PS3 gets air ciculated around all sides.

whether or not it went to 360 the game needed to be balanced. top korean and japanese players had complained about certain aspects of T6 and said it was not tekken anymore.. that's the reason i love tekken so much because they actually take the time to balance the game unlike other fighting games like VF5, SCIV, DOA etc... fighters like mortal kombat and SF are more novelty fighting games where as tekken is tournament type fighter.

i understand most dont get into tekken, none of my friends like it, or are good at it or can even get into it just because it take years of playing to learn. ive been playing it 10+yrs so i found the average true tekken players age to be around 25yrs old or so.

all this comes back to tekken going to 360... when i say dumb down the game i mean dumb down the controls, difficulty, learning curve and the user friendly-ness to get more people playing it. i dont want more people playing it i dont want tekken going mainstream i want it to stay on the ps3 with true tekken players, not 13yr olds using lili cause they think she's a super hot white girl w/ a short skirt on, just smashing buttons over on the 360. i feel with all the new europeans characters and it going over to 360 tekken is selling out basically. that's my opinion of it.

Dude, are you serious? Tekken is not the most balanced fighting game. And it doesn't take years to master. Those who can't play that well just aren't good at games period. But yeah, i do agree with you and the whole 13 yr olds using lili and crap.

T5:DR is currently the most balanced fighting game, after t5 was broken. I'm not talking about online with frame disadvantages. im talking about offline. Yes tekken takes years to master every single character, know all safes, punshiments, frame data, tech traps, set ups, CHs with each character vs each character. trust me i been playing a long time, there's only a handful in the world that's mastered tekken. wong, mainstreet, tetsuo, knee etc... you may be good but i'm talkin about mastering tekken. if you want to play add me icebergp. im in the gamefaqs/gamespot tekken tournament right now in the semi finals 4 wins 1 loss. being good at it and mastering the game is like little league compared to pro's.

I'm pretty upset because I bought a PS3 just for Tekken 5DRO and T6, now it's going over to 360. I have a feeling they may dumb down the game or they'll compare the two and it'll end up better in some aspects on 360 graphically or with their servers. I think the true Tekken players will stay on the PS3 though.

Just a quick warning I d/l'd the MGS4 demo and played it, had fun w/ it. Well next time I turned on my PS3 no signal was making it to the TV. I had to use the new restore menu feature and completely restore my HDD. I lost everything, including all my games and saves, I actually had my data backed up and tried copying it back on, but when I went to load a game it said data was corrupt I needed to redownload the games(all downloaded games). Also re-enter all my user info and manually enter my static IP I had specially set up. Total hassle from hell. I'm not saying this will happen to everyone but it's really not worth risking it just go buy the game or rent it. I'm highly frustrated right now. If that restore feature wasn't just added my PS3 might be sitting here waiting for a coffin from Sony to get repaired. So just letting yall know.
