Blu ray disc space is not a benfit. Iomega is developing technology to make standard dvd's hold 800gb. 35gb games can be downloaded in just a couple of hours with broadband. Verizon fios is very fast and the fiber optics is only going to get better. In korea they have a 1gig connection speed. Will take them less than a minute to download a game or high def movie.
when gears of war luanched, ms sold around 4 million units. With all these hot games coming out I think there going to break that number. 4-5 million copies of halo 3 pre ordered. My estimate is 360 is going to sell 5-8 million units in the 4th quarter
