[QUOTE="death1505921"][QUOTE="groudyogre"][QUOTE="death1505921"][QUOTE="groudyogre"] [QUOTE="death1505921"]The 50 cent example is great. It sold well but it sucks. YOu can't argue 50 cent bulletproof is teh awsome, cause it sold. It sucked. It's exactly the same with consoles. You can't argue a console is teh awsome 'cause it sold if it sucks ass. And it was decided in a mass poll.groudyogre
LoL, does anybody know why bulletproof sold well? I do. Because 50 cent was the newrap extravaganzaaaa! People only bought it for the name so it's a bad reflection.
I think it's a perfect example. Sums up the PS3 beautifully. People buy because of names and brands. They are called fan boys. This a first time at system wars?
How dare you! The whole point is that the PS3 ISN'T selling which is why there aren't many great games out on it. '08 maybe, we'll see, but not ATM
Gamewise, the ps3 shouldnt be selling at all and the brand thing was aimed at nintendo. Should have made that clear.
Ninty = Casuals and people who think NINTY R TEH BEST
Ps3 = shouldnt really be selling much
360 = people who bought it before ps3 came out, and whoever wants games.
Sales don't matter because even if it didnt sell, people would still develop for it. The ps3 is selling like crap, but it hasnt suddenly stopped having games made for it. After all, would you buy a console because it sells well, but you hate it? Or a console that you enjoy playing but not many people have.
Theres a reason wii players are called sheep.
WRONG AGAIN
A casual is a person that is random, and does not really buy it of knowledge. So it is a bit random that 10 mill people bought a wii? That's odd.
