You can't get aroud Zelda being a port of last gen game, even if Nintendo held back the gamecube launch.

I don't think there are many people saying that Zelda is bad. 8.9 is a great score on GS. Sure, it scored higher elsewhere, like most other games. But there is no way to change a score on GS, so I guess you have to accept that and move on.

Just to be clear Zelda TP is not the best selling next gen game.

Zelda TP is a great game from last gen.

Gamespot say that Twilight Princess is amazing man. They mainly criticize it for little things such as voice acting, but Nintendo made TP for the loyalists.

Imagine the part Zelda/Midna tells about how the Twilight infested hyrule, how would that be with voice acting?

Some games are not made for voice acting. In my opinion Zelda is one of those.

Although, I almost agree with you that it is the worst 3d zelda, but how much does that say? OoT - the best game ever.

MM - Almost Ocarina standard (IMO)

WW - Very innovative, didn't like the concept as much as MM and OoT, worthy of a 9,5 anyway.

It's not horrible if people find that those beat it.

Twilight Princess flopped on GS. I am aware of that.

But if you look at other review sites and sales, you are going to see something intresting.

Combined in sales the gamecube version and the wii version is the best selling game so far this gen (determined by after X360's launch)

Then some people say "Since it is on gamecube it is last generation"

Okay, if it is last gen, why don't we work from the GC version.

I've seen through the GS games, and the only better is OoT, as far I have seen.

A few games also tied with it. Generation 6: Halo 1 (9.6), metroid prime 1 (9.6) Half-life 2 (9.6)

Also in generation 5 a few came up there. Super mario 64 (9.6) and Goleneye 007 (9.6)

So, EITHER accept it as sales leader this generation, OR accept it as a fantastic last gen game.

This really bites. the game looks awesome and it seems like a great game, but i would of enjoyed it waaaaaaaaay more if it was role-playing istead if arcade.fantastic5

Lots of good wii games coming out = good :) Can't wait for MP3 to be released in teh UK, SMG, SSBB(later), RE:UC, Z&W, NMH etc. Wii finnlay have a good list of upcoming games :)groudyogre
