@timthegem: I was also pretty surprised at how much of the story was revealed, especiallyy what seemed to be major revelations in the game...

I had a blast playing through this.. I'll have to jump back into it and check out the DLC. Great job Insomniac.

@Smosh150: Right, I do remember that they gave a quote around $400 before they released the consumer model. Are you already pretty familiar with VR gear? Forgive me if I’m already telling you stuff you know, but just in case you’re still on the beginning phase of your VR experience I would just add caution and make sure read some hands on reviews from users. Each VR platform is proprietary so I would just make sure to research the Pimax 8k is compatible with the software you want to use. I really would recommend that you hold out for a next gen headset that is cordless/wireless too. I hear that the new headsets from VIve and Oculus should be wireless and their resolutions have been increased significantly. VR is getting more and more supported, and for people with disposable income who want to experience the early potential of VR, I say check it out. We still have a few years to go before VR is really going to be consumer interesting with software that makes VR a good value. We’re still waiting for that killer VR app that will push VR from interesting novelty to mainstream use. I’ve been using my VR kits less and less... :/.

(I have PSVR, VIve, and Oculus currently)

@bat725:

`I do agree Sony has good support for PSVR, but if you haven't looked at Oculus' library in a while- you might be really surprised just how large it's gotten. The quality of it's releases are actually really good too. I would say that most of the major releases that hit PSVR are on Oculus- with some exceptions for exclusive releases..

@analgrin: Wow! That is impressively cheap. The tech has come a long way with regards to affordability. That's exciting for the future of VR.

I wonder if they had budget issues, and underfunded the game because of how risky it was... you gotta remember that there is always a reason why games have these issues... and a lot of the times its because resources were stretched too thin for a project that was too ambitious.
