Sad to say...

Soon Nintendo will have a little red Icon over the blue "Wi-Fi" symbol that will state it will be a "Pay to Play" online in some features, all thought it might be for only some parts of the game. Although Nintendo states: "Almost all games will remain free.." for Wii and DS Wi-Fi games.

Could this happen to Mario Kart? Maybe pay for the Mario Kart Channel? We'll wait and see...
