Either sleep in a cave with vampires (these arent hard to find) or join the Dark Brotherhood and do a few missions, then talk to the vampire in the sanctuary.
Virtual console games are a fraction of the size of XBL demos. Your average demo weighs in at around one gig, while a virtual console game, even an N64 game, would never exceed 50mb, due to the amount of internal memory that the Wii has. This is why VC games download faster than demos on XBL.
