"One thing the console will not come with is a data transfer cable, as had been rumored. However, a standalone, $179 120GB drive for the console will be released alongside the Xbox 360 Elite bundled with a data transfer cable. The cable will allow for the transfer of all Marketplace downloads and game saves from an existing 360 hard drive to the new hard drive."

I can't make sense of this. It says the Elite console WILL NOT come with a data transfer cable. Got it. Then it says a STANDALONE 120GB DRIVE will be released by itself BUNDLED with a data transfer cable. So, does that mean to get this data transfer cable, you have to buy the 120GB drive by itself? I am confused with this, as if my interpretation is correct, why wouldn't they include it with the Elite? Thanks.

I love my ps3. It makes my regular dvds more crisp, and blu ray just looks amazing. Resistence is a fantastic game, and the ability to use the memory slots is nice.

But, was it worth 600 dollars? I am really, really... really hoping it will be. The memory slots are nice, but it would just take me a minute to burn it on a disk and insert it in my 360.

Although the dvds look more crisp, it's nothing to "ooh" and "aah" over that the 360 could not do.

Resistance is one of my favorite shooters, but the 360 has some good ones as well.

I know this all sounds pro-360, and I truly mean that in no way. I am just wondering from you, the audience, what will make the ps3 worth $600 in the future? Thanks.
