but 1stly will my mobo be even able to read the ram and how to underclock it? some1 plz explain to underclock

dude that option that u said to enable aperture is the same option u use for enabling PHYSX? iam asking coz iam not able to make the system read the card 8800gt in second slot also how to enable the aperture and also is thr anything u do with the mobo to enable physx or sli? i mean where there is written dual slot card do u have to physically do anything to make it work as in adding something to it or removing it?

You're not listening. Ram can downclock. Chances are your mobo will do it by itself, so you don't have to worry. Even if it doesn't do it automaticly, you can just lower the timings in the bios.

RAM underclocks. 1066MHz RAM will run at 800MHz.... One major advantage to doing this is that you can lower the timings well below 5-5-5-15...

will it work with my mobo?

They also offer lower timings. If he runs that 1066MHz RAM at 800MHz, he can lower the timings considerably...

i just wanna put the ram in and get great performance i really wont be ocing in any way really

i wont be ocing do u think is it worth spending more money on corsair? personally i have been using kingston and had no problem with 1x2 gb 667 i just thought corsair would be better?

i really have no idea about chipsets and all i just go to newegg and try to buy the products that have 4 or 5 egg rating can u suggest on ur own which chipset shld i go for i can only go till 800mhz
