@shadowhunter0 No, IGN has reviews more in line with popular opinion, that doesn't make it more accurate. IGN is much more about trying to be a crowd pleaser (the same reason they hire so many for their looks). Strangely, GS seems unusually frank when it comes to such things, and that pisses people off. If the average person reads a review they don't agree with, to them it's just wrong, despite the fact that it's entirely subjective. People like to ignore that a review isn't there just to validate your opinions. Much of what a review is for is to simply illustrate the various qualities of a game, even if the reviewer and reader disagree about how good it is.

Oh, also, getting news out the door the moment it hits isn't journalism. Accuracy and integrity is journalism, both of which GS seems to have.

@DreadfulGlory Because it's not a big deal maybe? I've seen RPS get news faster than IGN, sometimes the big guys are slower, and GS is one of the biggest. It's never more than half a day or so, and IGN is a terrible site in ever other regard. I'm just fine here (at least as far as most news goes).

Good. I know graphics aren't everything, but this console dominated generation has slowed things to a crawl.

Seems the combat alone is enough to make it better than the majority (to me), but that's not saying much. MMOs tend to suck...
