Nice reply! Cue Dateline NBC's Chris Hansen in a TV sting operation on "To Catch A Predator".

How much would it cost a company to license a song such as 2-Pac's "Changes" or Bonnie Tyler's "Total Eclipse of the Heart" for a video game?

I just had a honey of an idea. How about an ONLINE DATING/CHAT "game" for the Wii? Customize your character like ala Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, use the Wii-mote to hold hands, point, make motions or whatever. Add a Wii keyboard or Wii headset to communicate with your pals, like in a chatroom. If you want to capitalize on the social aspect of video games, this is it. Executed correctly, this could be the next phenom that overshadows and exceeds World of Warcraft.

I'll add a few things to the list:

9) Get a girlfriend/boyfriend

10) SOCIALIZE!

11) Educate yourself in something...

12) Start a business, make money!

Forgive me if I came off as insulting in my previous post. I wasn't trying to be. But yes, to get the maximum enjoyment out of the Wii (or any video game system, sport, or whatever), you need to have friends/family play with you. It's really no fun alone. By yourself video games are just a time-waster. I like to use electronic entertainment as a tool in building, and cultivating relationships. So call up some friends or family to play, get a girlfriend/boyfriend and try to interest that person in playing with you. If you're shy, there's always online gaming.

Seriously, listen to the lyrics of "Total Eclipse of the Heart", by Bonnie Tyler. You can catch the video on YouTube. It's reminiscent of vampiric themes. That's why I thought it would be perfect for a Castlevania game. If you want to make it sound more modern, then name the main character Letalvis Cobbins and set the music to 50-Cents, but I don't think that would jive well with either fans of the series or those who enjoy vampire/horror genres.

I think what Nintendo was intending to do with the Wii was to capture the SOCIAL aspect of playing video games -- interacting with others and having fun. I'm sure Cho Seung Hui wouldn't have turned out the way he did if he played video games with OTHERS.

[QUOTE="pbjsystems"]Good idea! How about using the Wii-mote like a hammer and spike to stake Dracula? Add a rocking soundtrack to the game like "Total Eclipse of the Heart".Louis_Routledge

Lmao!

I loved the gameplay ideas, but the music? You can keep that 80s pop [X!

Okay, how about having a selection of music for the game -- your choice of either Fiddy Cents, Bonnie Tyler, 2-Pac, or Barry Manilow. LMAO!

I would like to see something fresh and new, not just rehashed games they churn out as sequels. How about a lightsaber dueling game that mimics ANY and EVERY movement you make with the Wii-mote? How about an interactive adult video game where you can use the Wii for...well, it's not appropriate to say here.

BUT if they're going to churn out another sequel for let's say, Final Fantasy, how about adding a few more interesting elements to the game such as making silly motions with the remote to invoke a spell or call a creature. How about using that Wii-mote to mimic sword-slashing motions to injure an enemy instead of just clicking the generic "fight" command?
