[QUOTE="FelipeInside"]I don't think that is the point here. I'm sure that if there is someone living in the middle of the North Pole with no access to the internet, no one would mind if they used a cracked game to play on their PC. What we are discussing here is when the product is widely available in different media (download, shops, online) and it gets pirated. FelipeInside
That i'm completely against but there is other side to it all as i tried to explain with my example of Valve saying how their intelectual rights got ripped by russian mob few years back.
There is nothing legal nor right about copying or downloading copied game if you can buy it in local shop or direct from publisher, anybody who tries to find excuse for it is defending a crime ,it is theft plain and simple ,same thing if you steal my tv or copy of Half Life 11.Sure they will try to find excuse for it "can't afford it ,it is 2 expensive" at the end of the day if you can't afford something do you have to have it?.Get a job save money then buy it ,none of us work for free, once most of us start copying games 10 years down the line there won't be anything to copy as with our actions we destroy gaming industry ,then we can all go out in garden and play with sticks and stones and think to ourselves how good we were at finding that download link.
LOL, read the prior page... some people seem to think "working for free" is just around the corner....
Crooks will always say something made them do it :D
