what upgrades the 256MB??

iv got a geforce 7300 LE graphics card,2.80GHz, 256mb and windows XP but i can only play the game on low or very low graphics unless i change the resolution right down which make it look not as good what do i need to make it run on atleast high on a high resolution??? someone answer please!!!!
