Originality is the scape goat for most GS reviews these days. Also, non-existant problems, like in Bioshock and the "glitches," are commonly used by GS to lower review scores. I am simply stating the obvious: all three will, to some degree, flop. Look at Bioshock and MP3. They both deserve better than what they got. And you know why? Once again, GS's "tough" reviews does not allow for the score 10 to be used. Thus, its like virtually uping every score by .5, since getting 10 is impossible anyway.
Dang ParasiteDemon! You've played the games? Well, both are hyped AAA, and for good reason. If you haven't played Halo 2 or SSBM, you should get around to it.
Halo 3 will get a 9-9.5 (mostly on the lower end), Super Mario Galaxy will get a 8.5-9.5 as wel, and SSBB will bebashed for lack of originality ("it feels likeI did this before") and will get 8.5-9. Why? Because GS wants to be the "tough" review
ITs actually entertaining to go though the site as see just how biased it is. I mean, for God's sake, most of its front page is bashing the 360! LOL! Fanboyism at best
Just finished a project, come online to check the forums, and find a link to the Sony Defense Force. "Unbiased review of Halo 3" WTF? Is this serious? Honestly, is it a joke? I'm a Wii owner, and might get another console next year, but I am certainly not biased. Halo 3 review on SDF would be a good laugh, but nothing else. Again, is this serious, or some joke blown out of proportion?
Ahh, such is the life. I had to go to places yesterday, today morning, later today, and tommore. All this, and I have a ton of homework and a presentation. My topic is on foreign relations of third world countries to USA and Soviet Unio (the west and the communist bloc) in the 1950s. Anyone know a link to a website? Seriously guys, I have a lot of work , so anything is helpful!
