you can find them mostly in caves. but there are a lot of missions that get you in contact with vampires. if you're in the dark brotherhood you'll actually be asked if you want to become a vampire.

Well, it's common knowledge (well, mabye not...) that Britain has a really disciplined army....

I hope your kidding, Russia is in the worst possible postion for any military conflict, hell they lost in Afghanistan. They spend nothing on their military compared to the US or Britain and their military is extremely weak, they have little funding for operations and research and development. You seem to forget that us Americans beat them in the Cold War and Arms Race, they are no longer a SuperPower and are no postion to assert power any where in the world
