The mods are like..."NICE!!! A chance to lock a bunch of threads so all discussion is kept in one giant thread where an individual persons post will go unnoticed in a topics with hundreds of replies."-MlKE-

hahah yeah. doesnt it also give points to the creator when the thread is a hit?

[QUOTE="Swiftstrike5"]Seems like false advertising would be hard to get anything from them. They will claim the company printed it wrong and the company that printed it wrong with claim that they gave them the wrong information... either way Office Depot won't be giving out 13gigs of RAM to anyone who has that ad.JAMES_L_BROOKS

lol i can try... once a joke tv ad a long while back, the guy said ill give you this car for 20 000 bananas...some lady actually brought him 20k bananas, he declined...they went to court....she got the car...he got 20k bananas.... LOL

doesnt hurt to try, my brutha

[QUOTE="Valramil"]Id say "get a life"HydroMat

typical response to anyone who doesnt live to your idea of a life, this chinaman's life includes playing games alot and is not any of your business to criticize.

born-..............................-DIE, what you do inbetween these two has f'k all to do with anyone but yourself.. imho!

*clap* very well put. that guy 'wastes' his life playing a game he obviously loves, while this guy makes the most of his life by leaving ignorant little comments on video game message boards.

TF2, I wonder though if they'll try to make the mechanics as similar to TFC as possible, such as bunnyhopping and the movement speed.MythPro1

it looks like they have. did you see the video with the soldier rocket jumping?

well as the blood from a QUAKE game for God's sake, because they wanted the T rating to sell more games to soccer moms and 10 year old kids...

Guess its all about the profit now, not about making good PC games.... it's a sad time indeed for real hardcore gamers...

RaDeoN420

its always has been and always will be about profits. of course they need to market to younger people too. how much money does it take to make a game these days? its insane to think that theyre going to spend all that time and money just to live up to what your expectations should be

anyway im pretty loaded right now, so....

this probably isnt the best idea, but how about a modern(ish) setting?

maybe from civil war on up

the logistics are kinda nuts, but it could be fun :0

Well I barely ever replay shooters anyway, so the linear gameplay doesn't bother me, in fact I prefer my shooters linear, action packed and filled with scripted events. EntwineX

i agree for the most part.  being able to explore a little would be nice, but all the really good stuff comes from scripted events
