Agreed, it's really annoying i've just ended up closing the window, i didn't come to gamespot to be bombarded with noisy ads, i have no problem with them if they have a mute button.
Quit your whining, you haven't seen expensive games till you've lived in Australia. They retail here for standard editions usually about $110. And our dollar is worth just as much as the American, importing FTW!

Yep its been happening to me for the past couple of days, as mystic said its the whole forums for me pretty much, every now and then i might be able to get in and read a thread but only once every few hours or so.
SO iv'e been thinking about buying a new xbox360 elite. My family recently bought a 48inch full hd sony bravia TV, however i only own one of the original 20gb non hdmi xbox 360's. So i've been wondering for a while now whether it is worth buying an elite because i need a bigger hard drive and want to have full hd games. With the announcement of the new 360 prices for elites have dropped to about 250 bucks here in Australia.
So anyway my main question is: how much better do games look when playing on a full HD tv with a hdmi chord?
Is it worth buying the Elite for this?
PS i don't want to buy the new slim 360 because i will never use 250gb of hardrive space (i've only just filled up my 20gb after 4 years) and i don't have wi-fi so some of its major capabilities are useless for me.)
yer there is a way to re play missions afte ryou have finishe dit. I forget exactly how you do it but you load up the game like normal and start free roaming. Then just pause it and search through the menu, i think its in one calle dmemories or something. Its a long DNA strand and you can just select which memory to replay
